SHIPPING POLICY

When you place an order with Best Gifts for Fans, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your order. Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with tracking information. You can select your preferred shipping method on the Order Information page during checkout.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME:

We process orders from Monday to Friday. Orders typically take between 1 to 2 business days to process before shipment. Please be aware that weekends are excluded from this timeframe, which may lead to delays. During peak demand periods, processing may take longer than 3 business days. Delays may also occur if there are issues with payment accuracy or address information.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:

The total delivery time is calculated from when your order is placed to when it is delivered. This includes processing time and shipping time.

  • Processing Time (10-15 business days): This is the period needed to prepare your item(s) for shipment, including quality checks and packing.
  • Shipping Time (8-20 business days): This refers to the duration it takes for your item(s) to travel from our warehouse to your location.

Order cutoff time: 11:00 PM.

SHIPPING FEE:

For shipments within the Continental US: Standard Shipping is $5.99 for all items.

For the Rest of the World: Standard Shipping is also $5.99 for all items.

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping times may vary based on location. Here are our estimates (excluding our processing time):

  • United States: 8-15 working days
  • Canada, Europe: 10-25 working days
  • Australia, New Zealand: 12-25 working days
  • Rest of the World: 15-35 working days

TRACKING INFORMATION:

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing tracking details. If you do not see tracking information within 7 working days, please reach out to us. Some carriers take 3-5 business days to provide tracking updates. If updates are not available 5 days after your order, please contact us for assistance.

NOTE:

Ensure your delivery information is accurate. Incorrect or missing information may require us to contact you for corrections, potentially causing delays.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS:

You have 24 hours to update your delivery address. If a change is needed, please email us at [email protected].

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address, including apartment numbers if applicable. If you notice discrepancies within 24 hours of placing your order, please contact us at [email protected] to correct it. Otherwise, we will provide the carrier’s phone number for you to rectify the address directly. We use one-way shipping services to minimize costs; thus, if a package is returned as undeliverable, it may not return to our warehouse. Consequently, we cannot issue refunds if:

  • The shipper makes several unsuccessful delivery attempts.
  • You refuse the package.
  • There are delivery issues related to the address you provided.
  • You claim non-receipt of the package, but tracking indicates that it was delivered. For agreed replacements of lost or missing packages, we will provide tracking information for your own tracking purposes.

TAXES & DUTIES:

Import duties, taxes, local taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. Best Gifts for Fans is not responsible for tax reporting or payment. These charges differ by country and are the buyer’s responsibility. All orders are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning import taxes and duties will not be handled by us. Instead, the shipping carrier will invoice you upon delivery based on the sales tax laws of the destination. Please consult your country’s customs office to understand any additional costs.
