REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, including all original packaging.

Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods such as food, flowers, and items like newspapers or magazines. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, or flammable items.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Certain health and personal care items

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds: In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • Any item not in its original condition, or that is damaged or missing parts not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Then reach out to your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. Next, contact your bank; there is often a processing period before a refund appears. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, please email us at [email protected]

Gifts: If the item was designated as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift during purchase or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and inform them of your return.

You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. For returning high-value items, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
