A decade, an artistic journey, Jonathan Anderson has not only redefined LOEWE but also written a new chapter in contemporary fashion with the language of craft.
LOEWE has officially announced the art monograph “Crafting the World: LOEWE by Jonathan Anderson,” a substantial publication celebrating Jonathan Anderson’s 10 years as Creative Director. The book consists of 636 pages, documenting a visual journey that captures the significant milestones throughout his tenure, from the first women’s Spring/Summer 2015 collection show to the men’s Spring/Summer 2025 collection presentation.

Unlike traditional chronological presentations, the book opts for an improvised storytelling approach, featuring full-page photos of iconic designs, stage architecture, store interiors, and informal behind-the-scenes moments from the past decade. All of this is juxtaposed with artworks and crafts—two elements that constitute the DNA of LOEWE under Anderson’s leadership.
Not only does the book feature images, but it also provides depth with a foreword by writer Zadie Smith, an intimate conversation between Anderson and stylist Benjamin Bruno, and a series of dialogues among artists, collaborators, and the “LOEWE family”—those who have contributed to shaping the new legacy of the century-old Spanish brand.
The publication is released in a limited edition, housed in a special handcrafted box featuring the LOEWE Anagram emblem in bronze at the corners—an element that emphasizes the philosophy of “luxury is craftsmanship.
